Responsibilities:

• Work directly with team members and customers to develop enriching relationships that enhance client satisfaction and fuel the sales process.
• Build rapport among customers to establish strong network of clientele and prospects.
• Provide training and support to sales staff and assist in closing deals.
• Facilitate regular sales training for continue team growth.
• Demonstrate leadership by setting a clear vision and goals for the sales team to achieve targeted performance in new and used vehicle sales and profit.
• Engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals, performance expectations and best practice processes.
• Drive business through a high-level of involvement in day-to-day operations.
• Manage the negotiation process with sales team members ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing.
• Partner with General Manager and/or General Sales Manager to plan and manage new and used vehicle inventory.
• Analyze business metrics to determine shortfalls and implement action plans to elevate performance.
• Delivering industry-leading results immediately, with our nationally top-ranked finance team.
• Ensuring good and quick money flow for the dealership by way of extreme ownership of CIT (Contracts in Transit).
• Good Time Management for both customers and fellow employees' F&I needs.
• Becoming a Team player to Management staff when needed.
• CSI (Customer Service Index) Excellence
