Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Manager to oversee projects in Maryland. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining high-quality workmanship. The Production Manager will also lead a team of installers, coordinate with clients, and implement best practices to improve efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor crews to improve productivity and craftsmanship.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Plan and coordinate job schedules, ensuring optimal use of labor and materials.
  • Quality Control: Conduct inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship and address any deficiencies.
  • Customer Relations: Communicate with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction with completed projects.
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Budget & Cost Control: Manage costs related to labor, materials, and equipment to stay within project budgets.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure materials and supplies are available and properly utilized to prevent delays.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in home improvement or construction management.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of materials, tools, and installation techniques.
  • Project Management: Experience in scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions on-site.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with crews, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Technology: Proficiency in using project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Driver’s License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • OSHA certification or knowledge of workplace safety standards.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
