About This Position
At Merrimack Health, we are committed to pay transparency and equity. The base salary range is $20.28 (Min) — $30.41 hourly (Max), excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses.
Your final base salary will be determined based on your education, experience, licensure, and internal equity considerations. Offers are typically made below the top of the range to support future salary growth.
The Lead Phlebotomist ensures the highest level of service to all patients for the procurement of blood samples. Performs limited laboratory procedures under the supervision of a medical technologist.
Requires a pleasant personality with a cooperative team spirit. Promotes a positive friendly image to patients, visitors and other hospital personnel. Oversees training of students and new staff. You will be responsible for oversight of the appropriate staffing levels for assigned sites.
Required:
- High school diploma
- 2 years of phlebotomy experience.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish are required
- Certification required, supervisory experience preferred.
