We are seeking 3 trainable candidates to join our sales staff.

Looking for motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensure that they have a positive experience from start to finish. Responsibilities:

• Greet Customers and assess their needs.
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle that meets their needs and budget.
• Conduct test drives with customers and highlight features of the vehicle that suit their needs.
• Negotiate prices and financing options with customers.
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each sale.
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction.
• Building long term relationships with our customer base.
• Generating referrals from customers

Requirements:

Previous sales experience preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly self motivated
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Must be organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and Saturdays
• Valid Driver's License
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug test
