AVIS Alaska Rent-A-Car is hiring Lot Attendants at our Anchorage Airport location. If you enjoy working around vehicles, being part of a team, and delivering great service, this is a great opportunity to start or grow your career in the car rental and travel services industry.

No previous rental car experience? No problem — we are willing to train the right candidates. We’re looking for motivated, dependable people who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in doing quality work.

What You’ll Do

As a Lot Attendant, you play an important role in keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring customers receive clean, ready-to-rent vehicles.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and preparing vehicles for rental
• Inspecting vehicles for mileage, fuel levels, and any damage upon return
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle lot
• Moving vehicles safely around the lot as needed
• Supporting the team to ensure vehicles are ready for customers on time

This role is active and hands-on, making it a great fit for people who enjoy working outdoors, staying busy, and being part of a team environment.
