• Administer comprehensive maintenance schedules to ensure all equipment and vehicles remain in peak operating condition.

• Monitor equipment and vehicle logs to guarantee full compliance with all state and federal regulations.

• Coordinate with the accounting department to maintain precise asset records and inventory documentation across the organization.

• Execute timely material procurement and inventory management to prevent project delays.

• Organize daily truck restocking based on specific job sheets to empower field crews for success.

• Track fuel usage and supply levels to maintain uninterrupted shop and field operations.

• Maintain a clean, hazard-free shop environment while proactively reporting any safety or equipment concerns.

• Proven experience in asset administration, shop coordination, or a similar detailed logistical role.

• Valid Driver's License and a consistently reliable, punctual professional history.

• Demonstrated ability to lift 80+ lbs safely and work in various outdoor weather conditions.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

• Commitment to strict recordkeeping and high levels of attention to detail.

• Basic mechanical understanding of landscaping or hardscaping equipment.

• Prior experience in the landscaping, construction, or automotive maintenance industry.

• Familiarity with inventory management software or advanced digital recordkeeping.
