About This Position
We're looking for an AI-accelerated Product Designer to join our small, versatile design team. Working closely with Product Managers and Engineering partners, you'll craft intuitive, end-to-end experiences across our suite of enterprise products in a fast-paced environment. You'll meet regularly with users to develop a deep understanding of the needs and goals of the people we're building for.
Our team has a bias for action, prioritizing learning and iteration over first-time perfection. AI is central to how we design and build, and we're looking for someone who's actively using it to ideate, prototype, and move faster. You thrive in ambiguity, enjoy untangling complexity, and aren't afraid to ask the right questions when things aren't fully defined.
Hybrid role, 1 day per week in our downtown office. Only candidates located in the Lower Mainland will be considered.
Who We Are
At Traction Complete, we empower our customers with great technology. Built on the Salesforce platform, we enable some of the world's largest companies, like Zoom, to deliver exceptional services and achieve their missions. At our core, we are driven by a strong desire to support and uplift our clients.
Traction Complete has been honored as one of Forbes' Top Startups and a Great Place to Work. We take immense pride in our product development, outstanding customer service, and the strong relationships we build with our partners and clients.
Community is at the heart of everything we do. We’re seeking individuals who are eager to join a dynamic team of engaged professionals who view business as more than just a means to generate revenue. We’re passionate about making a positive impact on our customers' lives through innovative solutions and genuine care.
As part of our Traction team, you'll experience a strong sense of camaraderie. We support one another through challenges, celebrate each other's successes, and grow together in an environment where collaboration and shared achievements drive our collective success.
If you're looking for a workplace where your contributions are genuinely valued and your growth is supported by a team that truly cheers you on, you've landed on the right page.
What You Will Be Doing
- Design end-to-end experiences across our enterprise products, from flows to prototypes and hi-fi designs
- Prototype and validate with high fidelity designs using AI tools
- Use and contribute to our Design System, built on top of Salesforce Lightning Design System
- Work in Figma but keep current on emerging tools and techniques
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, customers, and other stakeholders
- Talk to customers. Run interviews, test prototypes, and bring what you learn back into the work
- Iterate based on feedback from customers, stakeholders, and data
- Stay involved through engineering implementation. Participate in reviews, QA, and trade-off conversations
What You Bring
Our team comes from a variety of backgrounds, and we are eager to find people that are from non-traditional backgrounds. Typically, we find that people are successful in this role when they have:
- 2–4 years in product design or UX
- An ability to consider complex workflows and find the clear, practical path through them
- Genuine curiosity about AI and how it's reshaping design workflows, with hands-on familiarity with emerging tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Figma Make
- Strong Figma skills, from rough wireframes to high-fidelity screens and interactive prototypes
- Solid grasp of core UX principles: information architecture, interaction design, visual hierarchy, and usability
- Comfort working with design systems. Using tokens, components, and patterns to build efficiently at scale
- Clear communicator who can explain design decisions to people outside of design
- A portfolio that shows your process, not just final screens
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem or experience designing on top of SLDS
- Background in RevOps, B2B SaaS, or other operationally complex domains
- Comfortable with HTML/CSS and understand how applications are built at a code level
