About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling materials, operating equipment, and maintaining an organized work environment. This position requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards.
What you'll do
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including order pickers, to facilitate the movement of materials.
- Perform materials handling tasks such as receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory within the warehouse.
- Utilize RF scanners for tracking inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock management.
- Follow OSHA safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Assist in fabricating products as needed and ensure quality control standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
- Must be proficient in reading and writing.
- Familiarity with materials handling processes and equipment operation is advantageous.
- Experience using WMS system and scanners is helpful.
- Strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to following safety protocols and procedures is essential.
