The Opportunity

This is your chance to break into a high-demand trade and build a long-term career in HVAC. As an HVAC Apprentice, youll work alongside experienced technicians to gain hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC systems across commercial and industrial job sites.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Assist with installation of HVAC systems including rooftop units, split systems, and ductwork

  • Measure, cut, and assemble ductwork and fittings

  • Support technicians with system startups, testing, and basic troubleshooting

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as filter changes and coil cleaning

  • Help set equipment and assist during crane picks and equipment placement

  • Load, unload, and organize tools and materials on job sites

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

  • Read and interpret basic plans and layouts (or willingness to learn)

  • Assist with shop work, fabrication, and material preparation as needed

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a skilled trade

  • Ability to work in physically demanding environments (lifting, bending, climbing)

  • Reliable transportation to job sites

  • Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools

  • Strong attention to safety and following instructions

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous construction, labor, or HVAC experience

  • Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings

  • OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Interest in long-term career growth within HVAC or mechanical trades
