Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner Opportunity Summary
You own full-cycle recruiting for our indirect management and leadership population Directors, VPs, Senior Managers, and functional leads across all corporate functions. You advise hiring managers, build pipelines before roles open, and close candidates who have options.
This is a consultative, high-impact seat. You will partner closely with senior business stakeholders to attract, assess, and secure top-tier talent that drives organizational performance. Strong candidates who want to own a portfolio and operate with real autonomy will thrive here.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Search Management
- Own end-to-end recruitment for management, corporate, and leadership-level roles from intake through signed offer.
- Conduct in-depth intake sessions with hiring managers to define success profiles, evaluation criteria, and search strategy.
- Deliver qualified, diverse candidate slates aligned to business objectives and agreed timelines.
Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Source proactively via direct outreach, networking, employee referrals, and LinkedIn Recruiter and Fountain, our ATS, not waiting on inbound volume.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines ahead of anticipated openings in partnership with HR Business Partners.
Stakeholder Advisory
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders throughout the search process, providing market intelligence, candidate feedback, and compensation guidance.
- Proactively communicate pipeline status and recruiting metrics; push back constructively when scope or expectations need recalibration.
Assessment & Offer Management
- Design structured interview processes and facilitate debriefs that lead to clear, defensible hiring decisions.
- Lead offer construction and negotiation in close partnership with Total Rewards; set candidate expectations before offer stage.
Data, Compliance & Process
- Maintain accurate ATS data and ensure compliance with EEOC, OFCCP, and internal hiring policies.
- Track time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, source-of-hire, and diversity pipeline metrics and use the data to improve, not just report.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience with consistent ownership of management and leadership-level searches.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, youve pushed back on a bad job spec and won.
- Track record of proactive sourcing and building diverse slates, not exclusively relying on job board applicants.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and an enterprise ATS.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, you can hold a complex, multi-stakeholder search together without daily direction.
- Familiarity with compensation benchmarking and the ability to frame expectations before the offer conversation.
