We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician, to join our team, at our apartment community in Germantown, MD. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property maintenance.and customer service
Responsibilities
Assist in apartment turns and renovations
Repair/Replace appliances, plumbing and electrical
respond to scheduled on calls in a professional and timely manner
Oversee maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within specifications.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents.
Execute residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic standards of facilities.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules without disrupting operations.

Skills
Experience working in apartment community maintenance departments
Responding to resident needs such as appliance, plumbing, electrical repair and replacements
Respond to emergency oncalls and complete to the best of your ability
Work as a team maintaining and providing outstanding customer service to all residents
Familiarity with facilities maintenance best practices and standards.
HVAC/EPA Certification - preferred
CPO Certification - preferred
