Key Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training to patients in their homes
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the supervising therapist
- Educate patients and their families on exercises, mobility techniques, and safety precautions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control procedures during patient visits
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Proven experience in home health care or outpatient therapy preferred
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and patient care standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift, move, and assist patients as needed

- Technical Skill: Licensed PTA with strong command of therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, and equipment use.
