About This Position
Bartender
We’re seeking a skilled, high-energy bartender who takes pride in craft, consistency, and guest experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while delivering polished, personable service.
You’ll be responsible for preparing quality beverages with precision, maintaining a well-stocked and organized bar, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Strong knowledge of spirits, efficiency behind the bar, and the ability to build rapport with guests are essential.
What You’ll Do
- Craft and serve beverages with consistency, speed, and attention to detail
- Deliver exceptional, engaging guest service at all times
- Maintain bar setup, inventory, and cleanliness to high standards
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Ensure compliance with all alcohol laws and company policies
- Anticipate guest needs and build relationships with regulars
What You Bring
- 2+ years of high-volume bartending experience
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
- Confidence with POS systems and cash handling
- Professional presence and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours (nights, weekends, holidays)
- TABC certification and commitment to responsible service
