Long-Term Care Facility | 2 Positions Available

We’re currently seeking two dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of residents.

• Day Shift RN (Full-Time)
• Overnight Shift RN (Full-Time)

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes promptly
• Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs
• Ensure compliance with all state and facility regulations
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Active RN license (New York State preferred / applicable state)
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Day Shift: Typically 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Overnight Shift: Typically 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
