About This Position
Hecla Mining Company is seeking a Procurement & Logistics Analyst to support the supply chain operations at our Keno Hill site in the Yukon. This role will play a key part in supporting the procurement team during the implementation of our new IFS Cloud ERP system and the rollout of updated corporate procurement policies.
Initially, the position will focus on procurement execution, supplier coordination, and RFQ management to support site operations. As the system and processes mature, the role will evolve to focus on logistics optimization, contract management, and cost-saving initiatives across the supply chain.

The Keno Hill mine, located within the Keno Hill Silver District in Canada’s Yukon Territory. Keno Hill, is one of the highest-grade silver districts in the world, is situated 350 kilometres north of Whitehorse, and lies within the traditional territory of the First Nation of Na-Cho Nyak Dun. It comprises 242 square kilometres (km2) with numerous mineral deposits and more than 35 historical past-producing mine sites. Keno Hill is expected to produce ~3.0 million ounces of silver in 2026 as the mine ramps up production.
The mine is owned and operated by Hecla Mining Company, headquartered in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Established in 1891, Hecla has a rich history as a distinguished and respected precious metals producer. This is a Monday-Friday remote based position working from home with occasional travel to site. At site employees will be frequently exposed to; outside weather conditions, snow conditions; extreme cold, extreme heat, potentially hazardous wildlife; moving mechanical parts; high precarious places; fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals; risk of electrical shock; explosives and vibration. The noise level in most work environments is occasionally loud.
