What You'll Do:
  • Ensure Care Centers and Independent Living meet all environmental, housekeeping, laundry, safety, and infection-control standards in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
  • Supervise, schedule, train, and evaluate environmental and laundry team members; support recruitment, orientation, coaching, and performance management
  • Maintain safe, clean, orderly work areas; ensure proper use of cleaning agents, hazardous materials, equipment, and universal precautions
  • Monitor departmental budgets, supply use, staffing hours, and workload to meet operational goals
  • Support daily operations as a working supervisor; promptly address hazards, participate in education/training, and uphold confidentiality and professional standards
What You'll Need:
  • A minimum of 2 years of supervisory/lead experience in plant operations, EVS, or Housekeeping (required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook (preferred)
  • Must demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbally and electronically
  • Must Possess thorough organizational skills, as well as an ability to work well with a Team
  • Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test
