Job Description

Position Summary

This position primarily involves assisting with all functions of the maintenance department for the facility. This includes equipment, electrical, plumbing, and groundskeeping.

Compensation
The expected hourly pay range for this position is $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain and keep all equipment in good working order with minimal production downtime.
• Identify, install, repair, troubleshoot and maintain all electrical problems.
• Install, repair, and maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Notify supervisor and appropriate personnel of any concerns or malfunctions.
• Responsible for all aspects of ground keeping.
• Assist in other areas as needed while ensuring all work is done in compliance with safety standards and regulations

Required Education/Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• One-year of previous maintenance experience
• One-year of previous electrical background and experience
• One to two years’ experience in Industrial Maintenance
• A combination of education and experience

An equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training will be considered.

Supervisory Responsibility:

Work Environment

• This position works in a warehouse setting with outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard maintenance equipment such as power tools including but not limited to hammers, screwdrivers, wrenches, ladders, and box cutters among others.
