- Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing
- Partner with engineering and recruiting leadership to define hiring needs, role requirements, and team culture
- Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to identify and engage both active and passive candidates
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines across backend, full-stack, infrastructure, and other technical areas
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and smooth interview processes
- Represent the company’s technical brand and value proposition effectively in the marketplace
- Track recruiting performance using metrics and continuously refine processes, tools, and strategies
- Participate in recruiting events, career fairs, and other talent initiatives to expand the candidate network
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, ideally in high-growth tech environments or startups
- Strong sourcing and outreach skills, with the ability to creatively engage passive talent
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Skilled at building diverse and inclusive candidate pipelines
- Experience partnering with leadership to develop structured hiring strategies
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset, using metrics and feedback to continuously improve recruiting effectiveness
