Compensation:

$75,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
  • Conduct engaging therapy sessions that foster communication skills in children under seven.
  • Collaborate with families to provide guidance and strategies for supporting progress at home.
  • Monitor and document each child's progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to therapy.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case studies and share insights.
  • Stay updated with the latest research and techniques in speech-language pathology to enhance therapy outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in developing and implementing individualized speech therapy plans for children, focusing on their unique strengths and needs.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists and behavior analysts, to support a holistic approach to child development.
  • Proven track record of conducting ongoing assessments to monitor and adjust therapy plans, ensuring meaningful progress for each child.
  • Strong communication skills to partner with families, providing guidance and practical strategies to reinforce therapy goals at home.
  • Commitment to maintaining thorough and accurate documentation to support continuity of care and track progress.
  • Willingness to participate actively in team meetings, share insights, and contribute to a collaborative clinic environment.
  • Dedication to staying current with best practices, research, and evidence-based techniques to enhance clinical impact and outcomes.
