Driver/Warehouse Team Member - Duluth, MN

Johnstone Supply - The Heartland Team is currently hiring a Driver/Warehouse Team Member for our Duluth, MN branch. This position will be a hybrid role with the main job duties being in the Warehouse, with local deliveries occasionally. This individual will ensure the efficient operation of the store by accurately and safely receiving, processing, and storing incoming products. Prepare, pack, and scan products for pick-up and delivery and deliver orders efficiently, safely, and on time.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

Required:

• High School Diploma / GED required OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Clean driving record

Preferred:

• 6 months experience in warehouse operations in a wholesale environment
• Experience driving a forklift
• Experience with computer or barcode driven inventory management systems
• DOT Medical Card

Warehouse Operations

• Basic computer skills, including knowledge and skill in the use of inventory management systems and office software (e.g. Email programs, Internet browsers)
• Basic math skills sufficient to manage inventory, including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Ability to use computer systems and manual procedures for organizing and identifying products and communicating with coworkers.
• Adequate physical strength and stamina to repeatedly lift, carry, move, and set down up to 75 pounds.
• Skill in operation of heavy equipment, including delivery vehicles, forklift, pallet jack, and order picker.
• Strict attention to detail

Pay Range: $21-$24/hr.
