Responsibilities:

• Manage marketing strategy for assigned product portfolio
• Conduct market, application, and competitive research
• Maintain competitive analysis files
• Identify product gaps, improvements, and new development opportunities
• Present insights to New Products Committee
• Develop sales support materials including literature, application notes, and digital content
• Develop dealer-facing materials including flyers, webcasts, and articles
• Create promotional campaigns and annual marketing plans
• Support brand positioning in the laboratory equipment market
• Lead product development teams for assigned products
• Create Product Development Proposals
• Execute Market Introduction Plans for new or redesigned products
• Travel to gather field insights and support sales teams
• Provide technical and product support to sales representatives
• Provide support to dealers, end users, and customer service teams
• Develop training materials
• Conduct seminars and product training sessions
• Serve as technical resource for product applications and usage
• Understand product functionality and real-world applications
• Collect and publish end-user application insights (with approval)
• Support product development aligned to customer needs

Required Experience:

• Bachelors degree (preferably Life Sciences)
• 3-4 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Willingness to travel for sales and marketing support activities
• Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Experience:

• Laboratory environment experience
• Knowledge of laboratory equipment applications
• Experience with technical instrumentation
• Experience with pharmaceutical containment systems
• Experience with inert glove boxes (chemistry/materials science applications)
