This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Specialist - Alliances in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of strategic partnerships, sales enablement, and cloud ecosystem execution within a fast-moving technology environment. You will play a key role in managing and optimizing alliance programs with a focus on Microsoft, ensuring funding, co-sell motions, and partner initiatives directly support revenue growth. Acting as both an operator and advisor, you will work closely with sales, alliance leadership, and external partner teams to accelerate cloud adoption and strengthen go-to-market execution. The position requires strong ownership of complex partner programs, along with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions. You will also contribute to process improvements and operational excellence within alliance operations. This is a high-visibility role where your work directly impacts pipeline generation, funding efficiency, and strategic partner success.

Accountabilities:
  • Own execution of Microsoft and channel partner programs, including funding alignment, incentive management, and optimization across active sales opportunities.
  • Drive co-sell operations and partner engagement, ensuring strong alignment between internal sales teams and Microsoft field organizations.
  • Manage significant funding allocations while maximizing usage across pipeline and strategic deals.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives by improving adoption of partner programs and enabling sales readiness across teams.
  • Facilitate Rhythm of Business (ROB) sessions and partner reviews to identify opportunities, track performance, and strengthen relationships.
  • Maintain accurate CRM tracking, reporting, and pipeline visibility across alliance activities and funding programs.
  • Support escalation management and cross-functional coordination between sales, delivery, and partner stakeholders.
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational enhancements to increase efficiency and scalability of alliance operations.
Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of experience in alliances, sales operations, consulting, or partner program management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, to manage pipelines and partner data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex information and identify actionable insights.
  • Experience in a consulting, SaaS, or sales-driven environment with exposure to partner ecosystems.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Customer- and partner-focused mindset with a proactive, collaborative approach.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $96,500 – $144,800 USD annually, plus eligibility for performance-based bonus.
  • Flexible remote-first work model supporting work-life balance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match up to 50% of contributions.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans.
  • Employer-paid life and disability insurance.
  • Paid time off including at least 15 PTO days, company holidays, and floating personal days.
  • Parental leave for both birth and non-birth parents.
  • Home office and technology stipend to support remote work setup.
  • Optional FSA, HSA, and dependent care accounts.
  • Employee assistance and wellness programs.
