In this role, you will take ownership of building and scaling strategic partner ecosystems across the UKI and Nordic regions, driving meaningful revenue impact through System Integrators, resellers, and key alliance partners. You will operate as a true regional business owner, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution to unlock new pipeline and accelerate growth. The position requires close collaboration with internal sales, product, and marketing teams, as well as senior stakeholders on the partner side. You will play a pivotal role in shaping go-to-market strategies, strengthening alliances, and ensuring partners are fully enabled to deliver value. It is ideal for a commercially driven professional who thrives in complex partner sales ecosystems and enjoys building relationships at executive level.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a high-performing partner ecosystem strategy while driving measurable revenue outcomes. You will manage strategic relationships and lead joint go-to-market initiatives that expand market reach and accelerate deal flow.

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic System Integrators and reseller partners across UKI and Nordics, delivering partner-sourced and influenced revenue targets
  • Design and execute regional partner go-to-market strategies aligned with global priorities
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with C-suite and VP stakeholders within partner organizations
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales teams to co-sell, shape pipeline, and close complex enterprise deals
  • Act as the voice of partners internally, influencing product and marketing direction based on market feedback
  • Represent the organization at key industry events, executive briefings, and quarterly business reviews
Requirements

You bring strong experience in partner sales or alliances within a technology-driven environment, with a proven ability to operate in complex, high-value sales ecosystems. You are commercially sharp, highly networked, and confident engaging senior stakeholders.

  • 7+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, or channel sales within the tech sector
  • Strong expertise in UKI and Nordic markets with an established partner network (SIs, digital transformation firms, or resellers)
  • Proven ability to lead executive-level conversations and influence C-suite decision-making
  • Track record of driving revenue growth through partner-led and partner-influenced deals
  • Experience working in SaaS, API-first, CPaaS, CCaaS, or similar technology environments is highly desirable
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation skills with a self-driven, execution-focused mindset
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages such as French or German are a plus
Benefits
  • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives
  • Fully remote-first working model within the UK
  • Generous paid time off, parental leave, and wellness support
  • Comprehensive healthcare and retirement savings programs (varies by location)
  • Flexible working culture with autonomy and ownership of your territory
  • Opportunities for international travel (approximately 30%)
  • Career development within a fast-growing global technology environment
  • Employee volunteering and community impact initiatives
