SHIFT SUPERVISOR

• Has a valid driver's license, adequate car insurance and a clean driving record if he / she conduct errands or makes deliveries for the company.

Shift Supervisor Qualifications:

• Be organized.
• Has great Guest service skills.
• Has computer skills.

Shift Supervisor Duties:

• Checks food quality.
• Provides excellent Guest service and ensures Guest satisfaction and retention.
• Makes sure restaurant is kept clean and sanitized.
• Dispatches orders to drivers.
• Pitches in and performs a variety of tasks as needed.
• Be able to work all positions.
• Does all cash drops for drivers.
• Does nightly shift and POS closing procedure.
• Door-hangs.
• Leads by example.
