About This Position
Our HOST/HOSTESS is responsible for welcoming and seating our guests in a timely manner. As a Host/Hostess, you are required to be honest, thoughtful, and kind to each guest while managing all phone calls and reservations coming through. You are expected to be able to bounce around effortlessly from guest interaction, maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, and helping other team members. THE BASICS
- Must be an ambassador of our mission and core values
- Develop an understanding of our menu, reservation protocol & overall concept
- Manage seating chart and guest flow
- Work with an attention to detail, accuracy & efficiency
- Provide exceptional hospitality
- Comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness, and safety of the restaurant
- Perform additional opening/ closing/ mid shift responsibilities, as needed, to keep the restaurant stocked, clean, and looking?beautiful.

PRE-REQs
- 18 years of age or older
- Available to work late nights
- Passion for food and people
- Awesome, Energetic Attitude and personality
- Be willing to take direction and work both independently and with a team
- Be able to lift at least 20 pounds regularly and reach, squat, and bend
- Able to work in a fast-paced setting for up to 6 hours daily, or as needed
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Reliable Transportation to and from work
