JOB OVERVIEW
This position will play a critical role in supporting the Development Team's annual fundraising objectives by managing key fundraising events, stewarding a portfolio of mid-tier financial partners, project managing key internal projects and initiatives, and helping review/approve foundation deliverables (in collaboration with Partners in Capacity).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as project lead for key Development events in collaboration with benefit committees
- Maintain a portfolio of 100-150 mid-tier financial partners; develop and execute a middle donor program
- Prepare mid-tier financial partner research profiles
- Review grant deliverables and give final approval to Partners in Capacity team; keep CDO informed and bring CDO in on key deliverables
- Assist in seasonal review of annual- and mid-tier level financial partners to identify those with the affinity and capacity for lift
- Support CDO in managing team projects as assigned
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Able to work indoors and occasionally outdoors. Role requires sitting, standing, squatting, kneeling, seeing, hearing, and the ability to lift a minimum of 10lbs.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Sincere enthusiasm for the mission of Holy Family Ministries
- Strong event planning and project management experience
- Experience with donor research and communications
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at a time with minimal oversight
- Attention to detail while maintaining focus on high level priorities
- Experience with Blackbaud/Raisers Edge a plus, but not required
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to interact professionally and compassionately with a wide variety of people and to remain pleasant and calm even in stressful situations
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends work
