Responsibilities

This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S.

  • We are a dynamic software development team dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions in an agile environment. Our focus is on leveraging technology to streamline business processes and enhance user experience. We are seeking a talented Technical Business Systems Analyst 2 to join our team and play a pivotal role in translating business requirements into actionable user stories.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with product owners, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure accurate and thorough understanding of requirements.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops and meetings to drive consensus and alignment among cross-functional teams.
  • Create system architecture diagrams, data models, or process flows to document the proposed solution and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Continuously refine and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and technical feasibility.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure effective communication and understanding.
  • Respond to user-reported issues or system failures by troubleshooting the root cause of the problem and implementing timely resolutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience working as a systems analyst, business analyst, or in a similar role within the IT industry.
  • Experience with systems analysis, requirements gathering, and system design methodologies.
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management processes.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, architectures, and technologies.
  • Experience with systems integration and interfacing between different applications or systems.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to analyze complex systems and processes, identify root causes of issues, and propose effective solutions.
  • Attention to detail and ability to critically evaluate information to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
