Provide personalized assistance and advice to customers based on their preferences and needs.

Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Proactively engage with customers to promote products and achieve sales targets.

Knowledgeably communicate information about current promotions, discounts, and product features.

Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Maintain a visually appealing and organized store layout.

Assist with restocking shelves, folding clothes, and arranging displays to showcase merchandise effectively.

Monitor and report on inventory levels to support stock replenishment efforts.

Educate customers on the features and benefits of various products.

Continuously update knowledge of store policies, procedures, and promotions.

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.

Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a smooth flow of operations.

Previous retail experience preferred but not required.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to stand for extended periods.

Lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.

Bend, stoop, and reach to perform tasks.
