Willis Knighton Health is seeking a National Registry EMT - Basic who attends patients transported by the Willis Knighton Ambulance service. The EMT must have current BLS certification and the ability to obtain Louisiana license appropriate certification level for this position and you must have a clear chauffeurs driver's license. This full-time EMT position job duties include but not limited to ambulance inspections for cleanness, proper equipment and medical supplies, keeping ready response vehicle for daily patient transport, will work cooperatively with other transport team members and demonstrate good public relation skills in dealing with physicians, nurses, hospitals, and referral agencies. They will also maintain professional behavior that represents Willis Knighton Health in a positive manner.
