Maintenance positions require new construction experience, all HVAC certifications, etc.
  • Lead Maintenance. Must be HVAC certified. Must have 3 - 4 years' experience in a lead maintenance role.
  • Assistant Maintenance. Must be HVAC certified and possess a Certified Pool Operator license. Must have 2 - 3 years experience in the in an assistant maintenance role
  • Make Ready/Porter. Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields, familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment, ability to handle physical workload and deadline and detail-oriented
