Job Description
Responsible for supporting the Rutland Health Foundation’s fundraising initiatives by maintaining up to date information on fundraising events, donors and overall donation activity within a fundraising software application. Provides relevant data as requested for analysis and reporting. Performs administrative duties in conjunction with monetary/donation transactions and in support of functions with emphasis on annual giving and special events.
Minimum Education
- Associate's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent job-related experience.
Minimum Work Experience
- Prior experience working with software or database requiring data entry, querying and reporting functionality.
- Experience with fundraising software packages desirable, specifically Black Bot Raiser Database strongly desirable.
- One year experience in professional office environment (development, communications or public relations preferred).
Required Licenses/Certifications
- Valid Driver's License.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with w/ emphasis on Word, Excel, Outlook, and Publisher.
- Highly discreet, able to routinely handle confidential information.
- Willing and ability to increase knowledge of RHF activities by participating in learning opportunities.
- Willingness and ability to obtain own transportation to travel between locations and attend special events.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to exercise a high level of tact and discretion in both internal and external interactions.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Pay Range: $16.94 - $25.15
