The Desktop Support Analyst position is responsible for effective implementation, deployment, management, maintenance, monitoring, support, and optimization of Blessing’s endpoint infrastructure. Responsible for enterprise-wide Desktop services across various locations. Duties include management and coordination of moves, adds/changes, break/fix issue resolution and problem response/management for technologies including desktops, laptops, thin-clients, tablets, printers, smartphones and all workstation dependent devices. Provides end-user support for all hardware/software installation and maintenance issues. Provides technical guidance and support to the Help Desk Team, and is required to perform as a Help Desk Technician as needed. This position occasionally requires after-hours support, including weekends, and holidays. This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission and Vision of Blessing Corporate Services. ICARE standards must be demonstrated. Adherence to Code of Conduct and other policies is required.

DESKTOP SUPPORT ANALYST I

Technical training or 1-2 years relevant experience.

Entry level Desktop Support related certification such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Fundamentals; if not at hire within 6 months of hire.

Valid driver’s license is required with safe driving record.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or liberal arts discipline.
