Combo at Fadi Management – Houston, Texas

We are looking for a Combo with remarkable hard skills and engaging people skills. The right person for this job should be able to multitask. Our restaurant prides itself in providing excellent service, great food, and a clean restaurant. To help our restaurant provide a pleasurable dining experience the following responsibilities along with attentiveness, patience and a positive attitude are required.

Responsibilities of a Combo:

A combo is responsible for cleaning and maintaining dishware, utensils, floors, tables, and chairs. An organized individual will excel at this position by keeping a tidy dish area, maintain organized food storage area and assist with cleaning projects throughout the restaurant, all the while making sure that guest's needs are always met

Other duties include:

• Maintain a sanitary and safe restaurant by mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning equipment and supplying front of house and kitchen with needed items.
• Unloading supplies and food items delivered from outside sources and placing properly in assigned storages areas.
• Stock and rotate all needed supplies in the service areas and dining rooms.
• Keep restrooms sanitary and stocked along with all other hand sink areas
• Must have an active Food Handler's card.
