Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized treatments to optimize patient outcomes, using the latest techniques and equipment.
- Collaborate with supervising Physical Therapists to manage patients effectively.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and home care plans.
- Ensure documentation meets regulatory guidelines and supports accurate billing.
- Proactively support your team, participate in meetings, and contribute to program development.

Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Physical Therapy Assistance
- Licensed PTA in Indiana
- Current BLS Certification
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills with minimal supervision
- Willingness to contribute to performance improvement and team initiatives
Physical Demands
You’ll need the stamina to stand for prolonged periods, push up to 50 lbs, and assist in positioning patients. Your role requires physical ability and a focus on patient safety.
