We're locally owned, community rooted, and proud of the team we've built. Now we're adding a night team member to serve our commercial clients, and we'd love for that to be you.

THE ROLE

You'll be the reason our commercial clients start their mornings in a fresh, welcoming space. After business hours, you'll clean offices and commercial spaces so everyone walks in the next day to a workplace that feels brand new. Our clients trust us with their buildings, so your discretion and reliability matter, and we notice and appreciate both. This is a part-time role, Monday through Friday at night, roughly 5 to 9 PM. You'll never be on your own: a team leader and a supportive team have your back, and a smartphone app keeps your schedule and job details organized.

WHAT WE OFFER

- $16.00 per hour starting pay, with room to grow
- Paid training in our procedures, paid weekly, even while you learn, so you start confident and get paid along the way
- Consistent part-time hours, Monday through Friday nights, roughly 5 to 9 PM, so you can plan your life around a reliable schedule
- Raises and a clear growth path through our tier system, with evaluations during your first year
- Bonus pay on select accounts for fully trained employees
- $250 sign-on bonus, paid in portions over 90 days of continuous employment in good standing
- All equipment and supplies provided, so there are no out-of-pocket costs to you

Benefits begin after a 3-month waiting period.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Someone who takes pride in doing the job right even when no one's watching, which is especially true on nights
- Availability to work nights, Monday through Friday, roughly 5 to 9 PM
- Reliable transportation and a working smartphone
- A current driver's license and proof of insurance
- A good prior work history (we run background checks and drug testing; we accommodate legal off-duty tobacco/marijuana use, but work hours must be smoke-free and sober)
- A team player who takes direction well and works well with others
- Cleaning experience preferred, and we'll train you to our procedures

OUR 3-STEP HIRING PROCESS
