- Flexible scheduling. We schedule you with clients based on your availability, whether you are looking for five hours a week or forty.
- Weekly paychecks, directly deposited every Friday.
- Paid on-the-job training. All initial training and shadowing is paid. No medical certification or prior experience is required: we coach you through the specifics of caring for each client individually.
- Room for advancement. We want to give you the resources you need to develop as a caregiver and beyond. To this end, we offer advanced and specialty training through online and hands-on learning that will help propel your career with AmanaCare.
- Holiday pay. We pay time-and-a-half for any major holidays you provide care on.
- Employee referral bonus. Refer a qualified candidate and, as a "thank you," we'll offer you a $25 referral bonus once the employee has been with us for 30 days, another $200 when they’ve been with us for 90 days, and another $250 when they’ve been with us for 180 days—that’s up to $475 total.
