Resicum International LLC is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee contractor personnel supporting MV-22 O-Level aircraft maintenance operations at Marine Corps Air Station Futenma, Okinawa, Japan.

The Site Supervisor will provide on-site leadership, workforce oversight, and coordination to ensure maintenance operations are properly managed and performed in accordance with contract requirements, applicable technical publications, safety standards, and quality procedures.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide daily on-site supervision and oversight of contractor personnel.
• Coordinate workforce activities and maintain appropriate supervisory coverage.
• Monitor employee performance, attendance, and workforce availability.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with designated Government representatives and customer personnel.
• Ensure personnel follow applicable maintenance procedures, technical publications, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Support maintenance scheduling, workload prioritization, and operational coordination.
• Assist with resolving personnel, operational, and maintenance-related issues.
• Coordinate with designated leads to maintain appropriate oversight across all operating shifts.
• Ensure supervisory absences are appropriately covered and communicated to the Government COR.

The Site Supervisor must be dedicated exclusively to this task order and available on-site during the required operating hours. The primary day shift must always have designated Site Supervisor coverage.

• Demonstrated experience in aviation maintenance operations and workforce supervision.
• Ability to coordinate and oversee personnel supporting aircraft maintenance activities.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with Government representatives, customer personnel, and contractor employees.
• Ability to support maintenance operations in accordance with applicable technical publications, safety requirements, and quality procedures.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site at MCAS Futenma, Okinawa, Japan.
• Must be available to provide dedicated on-site supervision for the duration of the task order.

Contract Contingency: This position is contingent upon contract award. Employment is dependent upon Resicum International LLC receiving the contract and the applicable task order proceeding to performance.
