Manufacturing Production Supervisor in FORT MYERS, Florida at DataDeletionTarget

Alternative Laboratories is seeking a Production Supervisor to join our production team! This position will oversee the function and performance of all manufacturing staff and enforce all policies and procedures to help meet all of our production goals. Alternative Laboratories is a private label contract manufacturer located in Southwest, Florida. It specialize in the manufacturing and packaging of liquids, powders, tablets, capsules, and other unique nutritionals. With its amazing product formulation abilities and global raw material access, it is able to provide its clients with unique “first to market” products and cutting edge innovations. Its facilities are registered with the FDA, cGMP, Organic, and Kosher.

• Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
• Schedules all production personnel to maximize personnel capabilities and implement procedures to improve efficiency and insure minimal overtime.
• Works in conjunction with the QC Department to ensure all company policies and all GMP regulations are being followed.

• REQUIRED: Candidate must have a minimum of 5 year experience as a Production Supervisor in Dietary/Nutritional Supplement industry.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years in Manufacturing
• Must have knowledge of cGMP.
• Must be able to communicate in English (verbal and written). Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.
