This is a fully remote position where you’ll assist clients who have already requested information — no cold calls, no door knocking. Your role is to consult with individuals and families via video call, understand their needs, and recommend coverage options that offer long-term protection.

• Conduct virtual consultations with clients using Zoom or similar platforms

• Educate members on available insurance options and benefits

• Assist clients in completing digital applications and verifying eligibility

• Provide ongoing service support and document client interactions

• Collaborate with your team and engage in optional training opportunities
