Event Hospitality Associate (On-Call)

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and professional manner during banquets and events

- Maintain a high level of mobility, standing for extended periods and moving quickly between tasks

- Bending, reaching, kneeling, and maintaining good balance to efficiently set up and clear banquet areas

- Transport trays, bus tubs, and banquet equipment weighing up to 25 pounds regularly

- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and cleanup as needed

- Communicate effectively with team members and guests, demonstrating a positive, friendly, and professional attitude

- Adapt to varying temperatures and noise levels typical of event environments

Skills and Qualifications:

- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and kneeling

- Capable of lifting, carrying, and transporting items weighing up to 25 pounds

- Excellent communication skills with a courteous and friendly demeanor

- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays as required

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and noise levels

- Prior experience in banquet service or hospitality is a plus but not required
