Warehouse Technician at BOTTLE LOGIC BREWING LLC – Anaheim, California

Bottle Logic Brewing is hiring a full-time Warehouse Technician to join our operations team! With your help, we will be able to create, organize, and efficiently distribute our ever-rotating barrel-aged and fresh beer inventory. The base pay range for this position is between $18 - $20 per hour, depending on skills and experience.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:

• Receive all truck shipments while on duty
• Conduct daily Finished Goods inventories, adjust out consumed items as needed
• Upon physical receipt of all shipments, log items into inventory system (i.e. Raw Materials, Packaging Materials etc.)
• Conduct weekly raw materials cycle count
• Assist in product and barrel movements
• Perform Daily Distribution Shipments via our various freight accounts
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all warehouse and cold box spaces
• Safely operate material handling equipment (pallet jack, straddle stacker, forklift) throughout the brewery, both outside and in tight warehouse spaces
• Operate company-provided van to deliver and pickup items throughout Southern California as needed
• Reports directly to Fleet & Logistics Manager

CANDIDATES MUST POSSESS:

• Must be in good physical condition and able to maneuver in confined spaces.
• Ability to sit/stand/bend/walk and maintain manual dexterity for duration of work period.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs., maneuver at least 165 lbs., and work in extreme hot and cold environments.
• Extremely high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong overall understanding of safety procedures, regulations, and requirements.
• Communicate clearly and concisely with respect to all Bottle Logic’s personnel at all levels, including our customers and suppliers.
• 21+ years of age, and the ability to pass a criminal background and illegal drug test.
• Ability to multitask effectively.

• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.

• 21+ Years of age (due to alcohol laws)
• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse environment and/or logistics company
  • Experience preferred, but not necessary - We will train the right candidate
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Clean driving record, both in personal and prior company vehicles
  • Absolutely no DUI convictions on driving record
• Must be able to load, lift, and unload cases (approximately 30 pounds each) & kegs (up to 165 pounds each), maneuver a hand truck (up to 400 pounds), and maneuver full pallets of product with a manual pallet jack (up to 3,500 pounds)
  • Have the ability to twist, turn, crouch, climb, squat, and/or stoop repeatedly throughout the day
• Forklift, Electric Straddle Stacker, and Electric Pallet Jack experience
• Industry-leading customer service skills - You will be interacting with accounts, vendors, and other industry partners
• Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision both at the brewery and while in the field
• Excellent communication, time management, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
• Strong overall understanding of safety procedures, regulations, and requirements
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with respect to all Bottle Logic’s personnel at all levels, in addition to customers and suppliers
• Familiarity with using a computer and Android phone
• Basic math skills to adjust invoices
