About the Role:

The Lawn Crew Lead is responsible for overseeing and executing high-quality lawn care services to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial properties. This role involves leading a team of lawn care technicians, coordinating daily work schedules, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. The Lawn Crew Lead will serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the crew, addressing any concerns and ensuring service standards are met or exceeded. Additionally, the role requires maintaining equipment, managing inventory of supplies, and adhering to environmental and safety regulations. Ultimately, the Lawn Crew Lead plays a critical role in driving operational excellence and fostering a positive team environment in the Three Rivers area.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in lawn care or landscaping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate lawn care equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in pesticide application or lawn care management.
• Experience with scheduling software or crew management tools.
• Knowledge of local environmental regulations related to lawn care.
• First aid and safety training certification.
• Previous experience working in the Three Rivers area or familiarity with local landscaping conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of lawn care technicians to complete mowing, trimming, edging, fertilizing, and other lawn maintenance tasks.
