Litigation Associate(Defense) at Top Tier Reps LLC – Tampa, Florida

A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a mid-level Litigation Associate with 2–4 years of civil litigation experience to join its Tampa office. This is a fully onsite position offering career growth within a prominent legal team. Prior experience in community association litigation is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a docket of civil litigation matters related to community associations, including collections and violations.
• Draft and interpret legal documents, including contracts, bylaws, and corporate governance materials.
• Advise community association boards and property managers on legal and corporate issues.
• Conduct legal research and develop strategic litigation plans.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and client meetings.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients regarding ongoing legal matters.
• Work independently while collaborating with supervising attorneys when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active and good standing member of the Florida Bar.
• 2–4 years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience with community association litigation strongly preferred.
• Background in civil defense litigation required.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases independently.
• Prior experience at a national or well-regarded law firm.
• Strong academic credentials.

Benefits & Salary

• Base Salary: $135,000 – $150,000
• Bonus: Performance-based bonus eligibility
• Work Environment: Fully onsite at the Tampa office
