Beverage Engineer at Zero2One LLC – Hollywood, California

Beverage Engineer Job Description: $18 hr plus shared tips
Previous Bartending, Barista or Kitchen experience a plus.
The Soda Clerk and Ice Cream Engineer are primarily responsible for the knowledge and production of all soda/ ice cream items. The SC / IE makes sure that items are made in the proper order, quickly, and presented to the guest as beautifully as possible.
Primary Responsibilities
• Possess all food product knowledge and attend all trainings.
• Ensure that all soda and ice cream products meet the highest quality and presentation standards before they are served.
• Assist in managing order flow and timing to provide an exceptional dining experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized station.
• Monitor and ensure we are meeting Health and Safety standards.
Skills
• Bartending or Barista experience a plus.
• Experience in a kitchen or fine dining service environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations, including banquets and catering services, is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• New Restaurant Opening experience is a plus!
• Familiarity with KDS systems preferred
