Job Description
Seeking a full time Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join our legal support team and meaningfully contribute to the growth and success of our rapidly expanding practice.
The ideal candidate will be responsible and detail oriented. S/he will also be highly skilled in anticipating the needs of the Partner to which s/he is assigned and in managing and responding to clients in a professional and timely manner. This position calls for someone who is able to multitask and keep cases organized.
Responsibilities
A strong desire to help clients;
Willingness to be part of a winning team;
Unique understanding of building and proving damage models;
Legal intelligence in formulating case strategies;
Good writing, organization, computer skills, and work ethic;
Strong desire to win results on behalf of injured clients;
Strong desire to work with the latest cutting-edge technologies;
Second language skills are a plus.
Qualifications
7 plus years of experience in New Jersey P.I. civil litigation;
NJ Admission (NY a plus);
Civil Trial Certification or eligibility;
Medical Malpractice Experience and/or Product Liability;
Proven Track Record;
Experienced with managing catastrophic and serious injury cases;
Federal Court Experience a plus;
Good writing skills;
Winning record;
Solid work ethic.
