What You’ll Do

This isn’t your average install job. You'll work directly with experienced professionals and eventually take the lead on sunroom, screen enclosure, and pool cage installations.

Your daily duties will include:

  • Organizing and verifying all job materials and tools before heading to the site

  • Coordinating materials and communicating any needs with the Installation Manager

  • Helping the team stay on schedule and on standard

  • Using tablets or devices to log daily job progress

  • Ensuring every job complies with local codes, engineering specifications, and customer expectations

  • Delivering top-notch craftsmanship with pride

  • Interacting with customers in a respectful, professional manner

  • Leading assistants on site with clear communication and direction

What We’re Looking For

  • Five or more years of construction experience including carpentry, windows, roofing, or framing

  • A high school diploma or GED is required; trade school or technical training is preferred

  • A clean driving record and valid driver’s license

  • Ability to lift 75 pounds and work outdoors in various conditions

  • Solid communication skills and a team-first attitude

  • Basic math and measuring skills

  • General remodeling experience is a plus
