About This Position

Security Gaming Integrity Coordinator [73002501]

We’re on a mission to find a tech savvy coordinator to support and maintain the operational and technical infrastructure of the security department. You will be the driver behind the department’s case and report management system – owning everything from data precision to user access. The coordinator is also responsible for developing and delivering training to new and existing Gaming Integrity Specialists.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages user access, permissions, and system roles in accordance with internal control protocols. Performs regular audits to ensure system data accuracy, compliance with documentation standards, and appropriate usage. Coordinates with internal IT and external vendors to resolve technical issues, implement updates, and optimize system functionality
  • Designs and delivers structured training programs. Creates training manuals, SOPs, job aids, and refresher materials to ensure procedural alignment and policy compliance. Monitors performance during onboarding, provides feedback, and tracks progress to ensure operational readiness
  • Participates in draw execution, real-time monitoring, documentation, and certification in coordination with studio, audit, and vendor teams. Ensures compliance with all draw procedures and maintains draw records in accordance with NCEL standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in information systems, criminal justice, public administration, business, cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Security Gaming Integrity Specialist and systems administration, gaming operations, or investigative roles.
  • Experience with system administration or training program development is strongly preferred.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills with experience in system administration and data integrity practices.
  • Expert knowledge of draw procedures, RNG configuration, and lottery security operations.
  • Effective communication and instructional skills to deliver training and onboarding.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities across administrative and operational domains.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Excel).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive and high-pressure situations.
  • Interview and interrogation certification – Preferred

Hiring Range: $56,186 this position will be filled at or near posted salary
