We’re seeking hands-on, motivated professionals to join our field operations team as a Carpenter / Handyman.
What You’ll DoThis is a hybrid role offering variety, growth, and the chance to make an impact on high-profile commercial construction projects throughout the region. Your day-to-day might include:
- Constructing, erecting, installing, and repairing structural units using manual and power tools.
- Building and setting concrete forms, pouring and finishing concrete.
- Moving materials and setting up for daily tasks.
- Demolishing, cleaning, and prepping job sites.
- Assisting with scaffolding and ladder setup, caulking, grinding, polishing, and surface prep.
- Verifying measurements, trueness of structures, and performing layout work.
- Supporting your team and collaborating with seasoned carpenters, foremen, and superintendents.
- Participating in safety procedures and recognizing hazards proactively.

What We’re Looking ForWe're seeking candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy working with their hands. Ideally, you'll bring:
- At least 2 years of commercial carpentry or construction experience.
- Comfort with power tools, construction math, grade levels, and formwork.
- Strong teamwork skills, a good attitude, and the ability to follow and give direction.
- Willingness to work weekdays (6:30am–3:00pm) and occasional weekends as projects demand.
- Ability to travel to job sites within a 100-mile radius of Nashville, with occasional overnight stays.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors and indoors in all weather.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, grasping, and working at heights on ladders or scaffolds.
