About This Position

We are FranFund. We help entrepreneurs seeking to purchase a franchise determine how to finance it. We’re not a bank—we’re an award-winning funding partner, and we’ve been named the #1 Banking and Financing Supplier in Franchising by Entrepreneur Magazine for 3 years and running.

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Creative Services Manager to join our marketing team. This is a manager-level role focused on project ownership rather than people management. The ideal candidate combines strong production design skills with excellent project management abilities to ensure creative projects move efficiently from concept to completion. If designing all day – from social media, presentations, email marketing templates, web assets, and branded templates – is your passion, and you have an outstanding work ethic and a sense of humor, let’s connect!

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design across print, digital, social media, web, newsletters, and branded materials: We’re all about creating once and iterating. You’ll build templates and then adapt and customize them as needed to support ongoing campaigns and projects.
  • Manage production schedules to keep projects moving: You’ll juggle timelines, prioritize work, and coordinate with the team to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time, while ensuring quality.
  • Work closely with your marketing colleagues to support ongoing campaigns: You’ll collaborate to understand project goals, share creative ideas, and deliver designs that help bring campaigns to life, on time and on brand.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative deliverables: You’ll ensure every design—whether it’s a social post, presentation, or printed piece—feels cohesive, professional, and aligned with our brand guidelines.
  • Handle file prep and version control for both print and digital assets: From finalizing print-ready files to organizing digital assets, you’ll manage the details that keep creative projects polished, accurate, and easy to update.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of related experience
  • Minimum 2 years of design experience (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva)
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Highly organized with the ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
  • Polished verbal and written communication skills

CORE COMPETENCIES

  • A passion for being a positive member of a lean team.
  • The ability to think ahead and problem solve.
  • A strong attention to detail. Nothing small is going to get past you!
  • A calm approach to being asked to do multiple things at once.
  • A desire for daily success and accomplishment!
