Junior Financial Accountant (m/f/d) - Germany at Roqad – California City, California

The Role

We are seeking a skilled Junior Financial Accountant with expertise in NetSuite to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical accounting background, excellent English communication skills, and a proactive, hands-on approach to managing financial operations and supporting related topics.

Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and payroll

* Ensure accurate financial records in NetSuite, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies

* Oversee and reconcile inter-company transactions and balances

* Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses to support decision-making

* Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

* Support audits by providing necessary documentation and insights

* Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

* 1 year of experience in financial accounting roles is a plus

* NetSuite experience is a must

* Strong understanding of accounting principles

* Proficient in English, both written and spoken, German is a plus

* Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

* Hands-on, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team
